Yes. There is no contract and no cancellation fee — tell us and we stop the autopay. Your member benefits (member pricing, priority scheduling and the doubled warranty) run while the membership is active, so they end when it does.
The sewer camera inspection needs an accessible outdoor cleanout to get the camera into the main line, so without one that single item is not included. Everything else in the plan is unaffected. We will tell you either way during the inspection, and we can quote installing a cleanout if you want one.
Member pricing applies to the work itself — 15% off equipment and service visits over $1,000, 10% off below that. The reduced dispatch fee and priority scheduling are business-hours benefits, so an after-hours emergency is still charged at the after-hours dispatch rate.
While your membership is active we double the manufacturer's warranty on what we install, up to 5 extra years. A 2-year manufacturer warranty becomes 4; a 6-year becomes 11 rather than 12, because of the 5-year cap. The extension lasts as long as the membership does.
